Based in Orlando, our heart and soul (and expertise) lies in creating beautiful and functional environments in the hospitality and commercial markets. Our company was founded in 2002 by Kimberly Bewley Coombs (the ‘KB’ in KBCO) and we’ve spent the last 20 years approaching both large and small projects with a creative, driven, detail-obsessed fervor. From big picture strategy to finishing finesses, our team offers the expertise of a large firm with the personal attention of a boutique firm (a happy medium, if you will).

Featured Project: VERSAILLES
Orlando’s Versailles, the largest home in America, needed our team’s imagination, experience and collaboration skills to rescue it from years of neglect and turn its empty rooms into visual marvels – all while cameras caught the action. Kim and the KBCO team work with client Jackie Siegel to custom-design her family’s 90,000sf Orlando mega-mansion. KBCO’s luxury hotel experience should make this project easy - watch and see!
